Tutorial 1 - Modelled Scene
I had so much fun putting together this scene for my week 2 tutorial. Almost immediately I realized the limitless potential of this low poly chicken model I found. The barrels became an afterthought as chickens consumed the mind. Of course, first I had to create a chicken machine, a prototype for what would come:
A simple script that spawns a chicken at a random velocity and shoots it from the barrel! Very fun.
I decided to take some time and create a proper scene using some nice fence models. The idyllic chicken farm, grassy plains as far as the eye can see, and custom farm houses in the back shaped eerily similar to the chickens. And of course, the tractor, to mow down the population when they get too rowdy.
(There are 10 chickens in the scene, can you find them all?)
Lastly I decided to try and insert my barrel gun into the peaceful farm, to see what chaos I could ensue.
Just the right amount in my opinion.
Thanks for reading :)
